Dosage and administration
Ground: about 20 g (6 tablespoons) of celandine herb is placed in a glass or enamel dish, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter through a double layer of gauze, squeeze out the remaining raw materials. The volume of the resulting infusion was adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.
Powder in filter bags: 8 filter bags (12 g) are placed in glass or enamel dishes, pour 200 ml (1 cup) boiling water, cover and insist for 15 minutes. Filter bags are squeezed. The volume of the resulting infusion was adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.
The prepared infusion is used externally for baths (1-2 cups of infusion per bath), or in the form of lotions (without dilution).
