The drug is administered intramuscularly at 5-10 mg 1 time / day. Before administration, the lyophilisate is dissolved in 1-2 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution, or 0.25-0.5% novocaine solution, or water for injection. The duration of treatment is 5-10 days. If necessary, the course can be repeated after 1-6 months. If one or more injections of the drug are missed, the treatment is not stopped, it is recommended to lengthen the course of treatment by the number of missed days of use.
Lyophilisate for the preparation of a solution for intramuscular administration in the form of a powder or a porous mass from white to light yellow or light brown.

pharmachologic effect
The drug is of animal origin. Has an organotropic effect on the prostate gland. It helps to reduce edema, stagnation of secretions and leukocyte infiltration of the prostate gland. Normalizes the secretory function of epithelial cells. Has anti-inflammatory effect. Due to its antiplatelet properties, it prevents the development of venule thrombosis in the prostate gland.
Side effect
Allergic reactions: urticaria. In case of allergic reactions, treatment should be discontinued, antihistamines should be prescribed.
Application during pregnancy and lactation
The drug is not prescribed for women.
Application in children
Prescription for children under 18 is contraindicated.
