For babies (0-1 years old) - 2.5 ml 2 times / day.
Small children (1-6 years old) - 2.5 ml 3 times / day.
School-age children and adolescents - 5 ml 3 times / day.
Adults - 5-7.5 ml 3 times / day.
Dosing of the drug is made using a measuring cup. The course of treatment is determined by the severity of the disease; the minimum course of treatment should be 1 week.
To consolidate the therapeutic effect, it is recommended to continue treatment for another 2-3 days after the symptoms of the disease disappear.
If there is no improvement in the condition, you should consult a doctor. Shake well before use.
The syrup is light brown in color, slightly cloudy, with a cherry scent.

Excipients: potassium sorbate - 1.34 mg, anhydrous citric acid - 500 ?g, liquid crystallizing sorbitol - 550 mg, xanthan gum - 1.5 mg, cherry flavor - 3 mg, purified water - 566.66 mg.
* Extractant: ethanol 30%.
Deficiency of sucrase / isomaltase;

Herbal cough medicine. It has an expectorant, mucolytic and bronchospasmolytic effect. Reduces the viscosity of phlegm and promotes its discharge.
Pharmacokinetics
Since the drug is a dry extract of ivy leaves and contains a complex of biologically active substances, pharmacokinetic studies are not possible.
Side effect
Allergic reactions are possible. Very rarely, when using the drug, a laxative effect can be observed (due to the content of sorbitol).
Application during pregnancy and lactation
Due to the lack of data on the safety of the use of the drug by pregnant and lactating women, it is not recommended for this group of patients to take the drug.

The product does not contain alcohol, sugar or dyes. During storage, slight turbidity of the syrup and slight changes in taste are possible, which does not affect the therapeutic effect of the drug. Patients with diabetes should take into account that 2.5 ml of syrup contains 0.963 g of sorbitol, which corresponds to 0.08 XE.
Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms
The drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and engage in other potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.
Overdose
Symptoms: Taking a dose significantly higher than the prescribed daily dose (more than 3 times) can cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. In this case, the patient should consult a doctor. Treatment: drug withdrawal; symptomatic therapy.
Drug interactions
The drug should not be used simultaneously with antitussive drugs, as this makes it difficult to cough up liquefied sputum.
