Areas with superficial skin lesions (microtraumas) are treated with a tampon soaked in propolis tincture, 1-3 times a day.

In chronic purulent otitis media, after thorough cleaning of pus, a tampon soaked in propolis tincture is injected into the ear for 1-2 minutes 2-3 times a day or 1-2 drops in the ear 3-4 times a day.

In chronic pharyngitis and tonsillitis, the tonsils are lubricated with propolis tincture 1-2 times a day for 8-15 days.

For inhalation, an aqueous solution of propolis tincture is used, prepared in a ratio of 1:20 (1 part of propolis tincture diluted in 20 parts of water).

The course of treatment is 1-2 inhalations per day for 7-10 days.

In case of periodontal diseases, propolis tincture is injected on turundas into periodontal pockets for 5 minutes after deep curettage.

In case of damage to the oral mucosa, an aqueous solution of propolis tincture (15 ml, diluted in 1/2 glass of warm water) is used for rinsing 4-5 times a day for 3-4 days.
