PosterisanЃ rectal suppositories are prescribed for adults (from 18 years old) for the following diseases: anal itching and burning in the anal region due to hemorrhoidal diseases.

Introduce one suppository into the anal passage in the morning and in the evening, if possible, after a bowel movement.

The recommended daily dose is 2 suppositories.

Combined use of PosterisanЃ rectal suppositories and PosterisanЃ ointments for rectal and external use is possible.

The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.

active substance: standardized suspension of bacterial culture (SLE) E. coli 387.10 mg (6.6 x 108 (4.95 x 108 - 8.25 x 108) microcl. E. coli , inactivated and preserved in 6, 6 mg liquefied phenol);

excipients: liquefied phenol 6.60 mg (as part of SCR) (corresponds to the solid phenol content of 6.0 mg), solid fat 1603.22 mg, macrogol glycerol hydroxystearate 9.68 mg.

Description

White or yellowish, torpedo-shaped suppositories with a characteristic phenol odor. In a longitudinal section, they are homogeneous, without foreign inclusions; the presence of an air rod or funnel-shaped recess is allowed.

Pharmacodynamics:

Cell wall antigens and metabolic products of Escherichia coli, upon contact with the rectal mucosa and the skin of the anogenital region, increase the local tissue resistance to the effects of pathogenic microflora.

The drug stimulates the T-lymphocytic system of cellular immunity; increases the phagocytic activity of leukocytes and cells of the reticuloendothelial system; nonspecific immunity factors; reduces vascular exudation during inflammation; normalizes permeability and tone of blood vessels; stimulates the regeneration of damaged tissues.
