Pharmacological action

Calcium is a part of the main mineral component of bone tissue - oxyapatite, microcrystals of which form a rigid structure of bone tissue. Gives stability to cell membranes. It is necessary for normal excitability of nerve tissue and contractility of muscle fibers. It is an activator of a number of enzymes and hormones, an essential component of the blood coagulation system. It promotes the excretion of salts of heavy metals and radionuclides from the body, exhibits an antioxidant effect, has an antiallergic effect.

Phosphorus is a structural element of bone tissue, provides the flow of metabolic processes, participating in the transfer of energy. Phosphorus is involved in protein synthesis, being part of such components, like RNA and DNA.

Vitamin D keeps plasma phosphorus and calcium levels above a threshold and increases the absorption of calcium in the small intestine, thus preventing the development of rickets and osteomalacia. In the cells of the intestinal mucosa, vitamin D stimulates the synthesis of the carrier protein necessary for calcium transport.

Dosage and administration

For children from 3 to 7 years old, 1 chewable tablet 2 times a day with meals,

for children over 7 years of age, 2 chewable tablets 2 times a day with meals.
