Pharmacological action
Oil-based ophthalmic agent moisturizes the surface of the eye, stabilizes the lipid layer of the tear film and reduces the evaporation of the tear fluid.
Provides temporary relief of dry eye symptoms such as burning sensation and irritation.
Indications
SYSTEIN® BALANCE is an oil-based moisturizer used to relieve symptoms of dry eye syndrome caused by increased evaporation of tear fluid. (Ideal “caused by increased evaporation of the tear fluid as a result of destabilization of the lipid layer.”)
SYSTEIN® BALANCE moisturizes the surface of the eye, replenishes and stabilizes the lipid layer of the tear film and reduces the excessive evaporation of the tear fluid. Provides long-term (or long-term) temporary relief of symptoms of dry eye syndrome, such as burning and irritation with dry eye syndrome.
Contraindications
Individual hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Not recommended for use in children under 18 years of age, since safety and efficacy in children have not been established.
Application of pregnancy and breastfeeding
safety and efficacy during pregnancy and lactation have not been studied .
It is possible to use during pregnancy and lactation as prescribed by your doctor if the expected effect exceeds the risk of developing possible side effects.
Special instructions
Do not touch the tip of the vial pipette, as this may cause contamination of the solution.
APPLICATION FOR PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
Safety and efficacy during pregnancy and lactation have not been investigated. It is possible to use during pregnancy and lactation as prescribed by the attending physician, if the expected effect exceeds the risk of developing possible side effects.
PEDIATRIC USE
Not recommended for use in children under 18 years of age, since safety and efficacy in children have not been established.
WARNINGS
Follow your ophthalmologist's recommendations and instructions for use. With continued discomfort, lacrimation, changes in vision, redness of the eyes, please consult your doctor.

In 1 ml of an ophthalmic solution contains:
Propylene glycol 6.0 mg.
Hydroxypropylguar 0.5 mg.
LIPITECH system: Mineral oil 10 mg.
dimyristoyl phosphatidylglycerol 0.05 mg.
Polyoxyl 40 stearate 3.8 mg.
Sorbitan Tristearate 2.9 mg.
Boric acid 10.0 mg.
Sorbitol 7.0 mg.
Disodium edetate 0.25 mg.
POLYQUAD (polyquatern-1) 0, 01 mg
Hydrochloric acid and / or sodium hydroxide (to adjust pH).
Purified water (up to 1 ml).
Dosage and administration
Shake the vial before use.
Ophthalmic can be used as needed throughout the day.
Drop 1-2 drops in each eye and blink.
SYSTEM BALANCE ophthalmic can be used to eliminate the symptoms of dry eye syndrome caused by wearing contact lenses, by instillation into each eye before donning and after removing contact lenses.
Storage Conditions
At room temperature, out of reach of children.
Keep the vial tightly closed.
Do not use the solution after the expiry date stated on the package.
Do not use the solution for more than 6 months after first opening the vial.
