With a cotton swab: Apply the whitening gel to a cotton swab and use it on each tooth you want to whiten.

With mouthguard: works with any mouthguard.

Fill the tray with whitening gel as shown in the illustration on the side.

Secure the mouthguard to your teeth, close your mouth.

Follow the basic directions below.

With a toothbrush: the whitening gel is applied to the toothbrush and brushed onto the surface of the teeth.

Wait 5 minutes while the whitening effect continues.

Then thoroughly brush and rinse your teeth.

Basic Directions: To apply Plus White 5 Minute Whitening Gel to teeth that need whitening, choose any of the above methods.

Important.

if the gel gets on the gums or other surfaces in the oral cavity besides the teeth, it must be wiped off.

Leave it on for 5 minutes for regular bleaching.

For heavily stained or yellow teeth, wait 15–20 minutes.

Do not use more than every 14 days.

After the specified time, immediately rinse your mouth with cool water.

Wash your hands with soap and water after the bleaching process.

For Best Results: Use twice a day for two weeks.

The whitening process starts from the very first application.

After the second week, use once or twice a week, or as needed, to maintain the whiteness you have achieved.
