Pharmacological action
Infusion of Psyllium has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antimicrobial bacteriostatic (against staphylococci, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, hemolytic streptococcus), hemostatic, anti-allergic, analgesic, sedative hypotensive, hypotensive and hypotensive.
Indications
- Hypoacid gastritis, colitis, enteritis, enterocolitis, dysentery, constipation, decreased appetite
- kidney disease, urethritis, cystitis
- atherosclerosis, arterial hypertension, ulcers, trophic ulcers cuts, burns, boils, acne
- inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and nasopharynx

Contraindications

Composition of
Plantain large leaves.
Dosage and administration
2 filter bags (3.0 g) are placed in a glass or enamel dish, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) boiling water, cover and leave for 15 minutes, periodically pressing the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them .
The volume of the resulting infusion was adjusted with boiled water to 100 ml.
The infusion is taken orally in warm form 2-3 times a day 30 minutes after meals for 7-10 days: adults and children over 12 years old - 1/2 cup, children from 6 to 12 years old - 1/3 cup , children from 3 to 5 years old - 1/4 cup.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
Side effects
Allergic reactions, heartburn possible.
Drug Interactions
Do not take concomitantly with preparations containing codeine and other antitussive drugs, as this makes it difficult to discharge liquefied sputum.
Overdose
To date, no cases of overdose have been reported.
Storage conditions
