Acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the mucous membranes of the nose and nasopharynx, accompanied by drying out of the mucous membranes of the nose;
conditions after surgery in the nasal cavity and nasal tamponade - as prescribed by a doctor (in a hospital and outpatient setting).
Locally.
Adults and children (over 2 years old) - approximately 0.5 cm in each nasal passage (unless otherwise specified). The ointment is applied to the surface of the mucous membrane of the anterior nasal cavity. For introduction, you can use a cotton swab (a stick wrapped at the end with a ball of cotton). Then, with moderate pressure on the wings of the nose, rub the ointment along the nasal mucosa. The procedure is repeated 3-4 times a day. The duration of treatment is 7-14 days.
An increase in the duration of the course of treatment is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.
Nasal ointment is white, transparent, with the smell of essential oils.

Excipients: white petrolatum - 5.499 g, white wax - 2 g, macrogol and apricot oil glycerides esters (labrafil M-1944-CS) - 1 g, butylhydroxyanisole - 1 mg.
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;

pharmachologic effect
Herbal decongestant. It has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.
Side effect
Local reactions: itching, burning, redness or swelling of the nasal mucosa.
Others: allergic reactions.
Application during pregnancy and lactation
It is possible to use PinosolЃ nasal ointment during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding).
Application in children
The drug is prescribed for children over 2 years old.

Avoid getting the drug on the mucous membrane of the eyes.

Overdose
To date, no cases of overdose have been observed.
