DESCRIPTION

Phytoelita shampoo is an effective, natural and safe detergent based on herbal infusions. The line is designed to protect cats and dogs from ectoparasites (fleas, lice, lice), effectively relieves itching and allergic reactions to bites. In appearance, the preparation is a homogeneous liquid without foreign inclusions from greenish-yellow to greenish-brown; opalescence is allowed.

COMPOSITION

As an active ingredient, it contains permethrin - 0.3%, as well as auxiliary substances: sodium laureth sulfate - 10%, a decoction of wormwood herb - 5%, a decoction of celandine herb - 5%, bischofite - 5%, sodium chloride - 3.75% , alkylamidopropyl betaine - 1%, glycerin - 1%, diathanolamide of coconut oil acids - 1%, PEG 400 - 0.3%, coniferous chlorophyll-carotene paste - 0.2%, preservative Euxil K100 - 0.05% and purified water - up to 100%.

The synthetic pyrethroid permethrin, which is part of the drug, has a pronounced intestinal insecticidal effect against the imaginal and larval phases of development of fleas, lice and lice parasitizing dogs and cats. Its mechanism of action is to block neuromuscular transmission of nerve impulses at the level of the ganglions of peripheral nerves, which causes impaired coordination of movements, paralysis and death of ectoparasites.

The auxiliary components of the preparation moisturize the skin and improve the condition of the coat.

Phytoelite shampoo, according to the degree of impact on the body, belongs to low-hazard substances (hazard class 4 according to GOST 12.1.007-76), in recommended doses it does not have a skin-resorptive, local irritant and sensitizing effect on the skin, when it comes into contact with mucous membranes it causes slight irritation ... The drug is toxic to fish and bees.

APPLICATION

Insecticidal shampoo is used to destroy pathogens of entomoses (fleas, lice and lice) parasitizing dogs and cats.

The shampoo is applied externally at the rate of 0.5-1.0 ml per 1 kg of animal weight (depending on the type of coat). Before treatment, the skin and hair of the animal is moistened abundantly with warm water, and then shampoo is applied, evenly spreading over the entire surface of the body, lightly rubbed until foam forms, avoiding contact with the eyes and mucous membranes and preventing the animals from licking the drug. After 3-5 minutes, the shampoo is thoroughly washed off with warm water, the wool is dried and combed with a comb.

Repeated treatments are carried out according to entomological indications, but not more often than once every 10 days.

To prevent re-infestation with fleas, the animals are replaced with bedding or treated with shampoo diluted with water 1: 2 with a consumption rate of 2-3 ml per 1 m2. For 3 days, do not allow the animal to come into contact with the treated bedding, and before subsequent use, it is washed with detergent.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

When bathing animals, the most comfortable water temperature is 35-40 В° C. Make sure that the water does not get into the ears and nose. Try to keep the animal in a warm, draft-free room for 8-10 hours after bathing. To relieve stress and prepare cats for bathing, it is recommended to use a sedative Kot Bayun.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Contraindication to the use of the drug is the increased individual hypersensitivity of the animal to the components of the drug.

Patients with infectious diseases and recovering animals, nursing females, as well as puppies and kittens under 2 months of age are not subject to treatment.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

Store the shampoo in the manufacturer's sealed packaging, separately from food and feed, in a place protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature from minus 20 В° C to 25 В° C. The shelf life of the drug, subject to storage conditions, is 1 year from the date of production.
