DESCRIPTION

PHA threads are synthetic absorbable material. PHA are distinguished by a unique weave structure, a relatively low coefficient of friction, and good knot holding. In this case, the PHA threads are coated with a special solution, which facilitates their resorption, as well as increases the efficiency of their use.

PHA is a flexible, elastic thread that does not cause an inflammatory reaction. PHAs have undergone a full course of technical and clinical trials and are the most common in surgery, since they have an optimal biodegradation period. PHA filaments are colored blue and can also be unpainted. The produced multifilament threads are woven to the required diameter.
