The maximum daily dose is 12 tablets. in a day.
When the treatment is stopped, there is no withdrawal syndrome.
The drug should not be used continuously for more than 1.5Ц2 months.

Herbal sedative. It has a sedative and antispasmodic effect. The extract of rhizomes with valerian roots causes a moderately pronounced sedative effect. Lemon balm extract and peppermint extract have a sedative and antispasmodic effect.
Side effects: allergic reactions: hyperemia, skin rash, peripheral edema, allergic dermatitis. From the respiratory system: bronchospasm. From the digestive system: with prolonged use - constipation.
Overdose symptoms: a single dose of 20 g of rhizomes with valerian roots (approximately 103 tablets of the drug Persen) can cause fatigue, stomach cramps, chest tightness, dizziness, hand tremors, dilated pupils, which can pass on their own within 24 hours.
Treatment: gastric lavage is recommended; if necessary, symptomatic therapy is carried out.
In case of symptoms of an overdose, the patient should consult a doctor.
With the simultaneous use of the drug with other drugs that depress the central nervous system (including hypnotics, antihypertensive drugs of central action, analgesics), it is possible to increase the effect on the central nervous system (dose adjustment may be required).
In patients with GERD, symptoms may worsen. If symptoms persist or worsen during the use of the drug, the patient should consult a doctor. The drug should not be used continuously for more than 1.5-2 months. Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and control mechanisms. During the period of drug treatment, care should be taken when performing potentially hazardous activities that require an increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving vehicles, working with moving mechanisms, the work of a dispatcher, an operator).
The use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation is contraindicated.
The use of the drug in children under 12 years of age is contraindicated.
The drug is dispensed without a prescription.
The drug should be stored out of the reach of children at a temperature not exceeding 25 ? C. Shelf life is 3 years.
