pharmachologic effect
Irritation of the eye and eyelid skin is caused by various factors. Unfavorable environmental conditions such as intense solar radiation, wind, dust, indoor air conditioning, long-term computer work, and driving can irritate the front of the eye (cornea and conjunctiva). A decrease in the production of tear fluid, and, as a result, irritation of the ocular surface, can be caused by taking certain medications. In all cases, irritation of the ocular surface is accompanied by such manifestations as burning, itching, watery eyes, redness of the eye, the appearance of a foreign body sensation in the eye. Sometimes, skin irritation of the eyelids may occur.
The ophthalmic lubricant PARIN-POS® facilitates the course of these manifestations, forming a comfortable, stable film on the surface of the eye.
Due to the greasy, greasy consistency of the product, slight blurred vision may occur.
Therefore, PARIN-POS® should be used exclusively before bedtime, which contributes to the rapid disappearance of complaints of unpleasant and painful sensations when the eyes are first opened in the morning.
The ophthalmic lubricant PARIN-POS® can also be used to relieve irritation and care for the skin of the eyelids and sensitive skin around the eyes in case of dermatological diseases, accompanied by dryness and irritation of the skin.
PARIN-POS® contains heparin, a physiological substance that is very similar in chemical structure to the components that form the mucin layer of the tear film. An important role of the mucin layer is to create the effect of adhesion of the tear fluid to the tissues of the cornea and conjunctiva of the eye, keeping them hydrated. The cornea and conjunctiva of the eye are mucous membranes that must be constantly softened and moisturized in order to maintain their normal physiological state and ensure their regenerative capacity.
Ophthalmic lubricant PARIN-POS® improves the condition of the tear film and protects the ocular surface.
It relieves irritated eye symptoms such as burning and itching sensations.
The eyelids glide easily over the surface of the cornea and conjunctiva.
Being a physiological substance, heparin provides good tolerance, and the agent itself mixes well with natural tear fluid.
Special storage conditions
After opening the tube, PARIN-POS® can be used within 3 months.
