CARIPASIM has proteolytic activity. The drug breaks down necrotic tissues, liquefies viscous secrets, exudates, blood clots .. According to the action, karipazim is close to chymotrypsin and trypsin.
Indications
Karipazim is used for burns of the III degree as a means to accelerate the rejection of scabs and cleanse granulating wounds from the remains of purulent-necrotic tissues.
Contraindications
- pregnancy, lactation
- increased individual sensitivity to the drug.
Special instructions
The drug Karipazim does not adversely affect the ability to drive a car and work with mechanisms.
Composition
For 1 bottle: Papain - 350 PE
Dosage and administration
Karipazim is applied topically in the form of 0.5%, 1% or 2% solutions, depending on the thickness of the scab. Solutions are prepared ex tempore in a 0.5% novocaine solution or isotonic sodium chloride solution. A cloth moistened with the drug is applied to the burn surface, covered with a moisture-proof dressing. At the same time, not more than 30% of the total surface of the body is treated. The dressing is changed 1 time per day or 1 time in 2 days, while removing peeled necrotic tissue. The course of treatment is from 4 to 12 days.

Overdose
