Pharmacological action
Papaverine is a myotropic antispasmodic.
Pharmacokinetics
Bioavailability of papaverine after rectal administration (according to preclinical studies) is about 25%. Communication with plasma proteins 90%. It is well distributed, penetrates histohematological barriers. Metabolized in the liver. The half-life (T1 / 2) is 0.5-2 hours (an increase of up to 24 hours is possible). Indications

Contraindications
