Black cohosh activates the production of follicle-stimulating (FSH) and luteinizing (LH) hormones of the pituitary gland, has a calming effect on the central nervous system, enhances the amplitude of heart contractions, without affecting their rhythm, relaxes the intestinal muscles.
Spotted hemlock promotes the normalization of the optimal ratio of FSH and LH homones, normalizes the activity of both peripheral (ovaries, testes, thyroid gland) and central links of the endocrine system (hypothalamus, pituitary gland).
Vitex sacred contains progesterone-like substances and flavonoids, normalizes the exchange of sex hormones - LH, FSH, prolactin and progesterone, promotes the activation of the corpus luteum of the ovary.
Cuttlefish ink helps to activate blood supply in the uterus and ovaries, normalizes phase II of the sexual cycle.
DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
Ovarin is used in cows in complex therapy for ovarian hypofunction and for the prevention of embryonic mortality.
For cows, to activate the function of the ovaries, ovarine is administered intramuscularly, three times with an interval of 48 hours at a dose of 5.0 - 7.0 cm3. For the prevention of embryonic mortality, ovarin is administered once intramuscularly on the 5th day after insemination.
