Otrivin Baby nasal irrigation spray

Intranasally. The procedure can be carried out in any position of the patient.

Frequency of application: 1 injection into each nostril 2-4 times a day or more often, if necessary.

Mode of application:

1. Remove the protective cover. Before first use, press the spray device several times, pointing the bottle upwards, until a homogeneous spray appears.

2. Place the tip vertically at the base of the nasal passage.

3. Press down on the base of the tip while spraying the spray into the nasal passage.

4. Repeat the procedure for the second nasal passage.

5. After the procedure, wash and dry the tip, close the bottle with a protective cap.

For hygiene reasons, each bottle should only be used for one patient.

Otrivin Baby drops for nasal cavity irrigation

Intranasally. For the hygiene of the nasal mucosa and the prevention of diseases of the nose and nasopharynx: for children under 1 year of age and older, Otrivin Baby drops are used 2Ц4 washes in each nasal passage daily (more if necessary).

1. One dropper bottle should be separated from the rest, open the bottle by turning the cap clockwise.

2. Nasal lavage in a young child is carried out in the supine position.

3. Turn the child's head to one side.

4. First, you should free the nasal cavity from mucus.

5. The solution is instilled into each nasal passage sequentially, gently pressing the bottle (inject a few drops or more, if more thorough cleansing is required).

6. Place the child in a few seconds, if necessary, excess solution and mucus should be removed from the nasal cavity. The procedure can be repeated if necessary.

7. The vial is closed by pressing the cap.

For hygiene purposes, 1 fl. should only be used for one child.

The contents of the dropper bottle should be used within 12 hours after the first opening.

The appointment of Otrivin Baby cleansers is contraindicated if the child has a high personal sensitivity to any of the ingredients of the drops or spray.

The nasal aspirator should not be used on children who are allergic to the materials used to make this product.

Otrivin Baby nasal irrigation drops, based on sterile isotonic saline, are approved for use from birth. They are a sterile saline solution without preservatives in the format of disposable dropper bottles for cleansing and moisturizing the nasal mucosa, used in combination with the Otrivin Baby aspirator.

Otrivin Baby drops for nasal cavity irrigation in disposable dropper bottles - designed for the care of the nasal cavity of infants and children under 1 year of age and older, to moisturize and cleanse the nasal mucosa.

It is a sterile isotonic sodium chloride solution, the pH level of which is close to the natural secretory fluid of the nasal mucosa.

Otrivin Baby is intended for moisturizing and cleansing the nasal mucosa in case of dryness and irritation during colds, adverse environmental conditions, as well as for daily hygiene of the nasal cavity:

• contributes to the maintenance of the normal physiological state of the nasal mucosa.

• promotes liquefaction of mucus and facilitates its removal from the nose, increases the resistance of the nasal mucosa to pathogenic bacteria and viruses.

• helps to remove allergens from the nasal mucosa in allergic rhinitis.

Side effects

With normal tolerance to the ingredients of drops or spray, the use of these cleansers does not lead to the formation of any negative side effects.

Interaction

It is unlikely that Otrivin Baby drops and spray will interact with other medications.
