• Prevention of osteoporosis (including in menopause, in old age);

Inside (before or during meals), without chewing, 1 tab. 2 times a day.

colecalciferol 2.5 mcg

magnesium hydroxide 372 mg,

pharmachologic effect

Combined preparation, replenishes the deficiency of calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin D; regulates phosphorus-calcium metabolism. Accelerates bone mineralization and callus formation. Calcium is involved in the formation of bone tissue, the transmission of nerve impulses, and is necessary for the maintenance of cardiac activity. Magnesium is involved in the regulation of calcium metabolism, bone growth and mineralization; together with vitamin D maintains bone homeostasis. Colecalciferol (vitamin D) regulates the exchange of calcium and phosphorus, the process of building bone structure; increases the absorption of calcium ions in the intestine, protein synthesis in the small intestine, liver and bones; excretion of phosphates by the kidneys. Stimulates DNA synthesis in osteocytes, inhibits osteoclast function and slows down the processes of involution of bone tissues.
