Alpha-galactosidase is an enzyme that breaks down the so-called oligosaccharides (complex sugars) into simpler forms that are easy to digest.
Provides enzyme activity that is absent in the human body, preventing the entry of oligosaccharides into the large intestine in an undigested form.
Structure
Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate (carrier), microcrystalline cellulose (carrier)
croscaramellose (carrier), alpha-ha lactose and yes, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent).
Does not contain HMM, lactose, milk proteins, dyes, flavors and preservatives. 1 tablet contains 5 mg of the active ingredient alpha-galactosidase, which corresponds to 150 IU of galactosidase enzymatic activity.

Adults and children over 3 years old, 1-3 tablets with the first portions of food when eating foods that cause flatulence: all types of beans (white, red, brown and their combinations), lentils, salads, cabbage (white, red), kohlrabi, Brussels sprouts cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, garlic, carrots, parsley, flour and flour products (especially whole grain seeds), pistachios, sesame seeds, soybeans, and soy products (soy milk, tofu).
It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
