DESCRIPTION
Oksimed is a disinfectant with washing effect. The product is a clear liquid from colorless to light brown in color (slight opalescence is allowed) with a slight specific odor.
COMPOSITION
Contains hydrogen peroxide (HP) - 30% as an active ingredient. In addition, it contains corrosion inhibitors and detergents.
PROPERTIES
The agent has antimicrobial activity against bacteria (including tuberculosis pathogens - tested for Mycobacterium tepae, especially dangerous infections - plague, cholera, tularemia), including spore-forming (anthrax pathogens), viruses (Coxsackie, ECHO, poliomyelitis, rot- and noroviruses , enteral and parenteral hepatitis, HIV, influenza, including HSNI, H 1 N 1, herpes, cytomegaly, adenoviruses and other causative agents of ARVI) and fungi (pathogens of dermatophytosis), as well as detergent properties.
According to the parameters of acute toxicity according to GOST 12.1.007, the drug belongs to the 3rd class of moderately hazardous substances when administered into the stomach and to the 4th class of low hazardous substances when applied to the skin; with inhalation exposure to vapors in a saturating concentration, the stabilized agent is not very dangerous; in direct contact, causes severe irritation of the skin and eyes with irreversible damage to the cornea; sensitizing properties are not expressed.
Working solutions of the agent in a concentration of up to 3% (by PV) with a single exposure do not have a local irritating effect on the skin, all solutions above 3% cause irritation of the skin and eyes. When inhaled in the form of aerosol and vapors, the agent causes irritation of the mucous membranes of the respiratory system and eyes and belongs to a highly hazardous substance.

MODE OF APPLICATION
Working solutions are prepared in enamel (without damage to the enamel), glass or polyethylene containers by adding the agent to drinking water in accordance with the data given in Table 1.

Oksimed solutions are used for disinfection of medical devices made of various materials (corrosion-resistant metals, rubber, plastic, glass), dental impressions made of silicone materials, surfaces in rooms (floors, walls, doors, etc.), hard furniture, surfaces of devices, medical devices , equipment with paintwork, galvanic or polymer coating, sanitary equipment (baths, sinks, etc.), cleaning material, linen (underwear, bedding, overalls), tableware and laboratory utensils, utensils from under secretions, toys, care items for patients made of glass, plastic, rubber; for sanitary vehicles disinfection.
Disinfection of objects is carried out by means of wiping, irrigation, immersion and soaking.
Surfaces in rooms (floor, walls, etc.), hard furniture, surfaces of apparatus and devices, sanitary equipment (baths, sinks, etc.) are wiped with a cloth soaked in a solution of the product or irrigated from a hydraulic control panel, an automax, a spray of the 'Quasar '. The consumption rate for wiping is 100 ml / m2 of surface. At the end of the disinfection, the sanitary equipment is washed with water. The room is wet cleaned and ventilated for at least 60 minutes.
Disinfection of sanitary vehicles is carried out in accordance with the Instructions for disinfection of sanitary vehicles under various temperature conditions.
The linen is soaked in a solution of the product at the rate of 5 l / kg of dry linen (for tuberculosis, dermatophytosis, anthrax - 4 l / kg), at the end of disinfection, it is washed and rinsed.
The cleaning material is soaked in a solution of the product. At the end of disinfection, it is rinsed and dried.
Tableware, freed from food debris, and laboratory glassware are completely immersed in the solution. The consumption rate of the working solution is 2 liters per 1 set of dishes. At the end of disinfection, the dishes are washed under running water using a brush, brush or sponge for 1 minute. The containers in which the dishes are disinfected must be closed with lids.
Patient care items, toys are wiped with a rag moistened with a disinfectant solution, or immersed in a solution of the agent for the duration of the disinfection period. Large toys can be irrigated. At the end of disinfection, patient care items and toys are washed with running drinking water.
When disinfecting medical devices, they are completely immersed in the working solution of the agent. The channels and cavities in the products are filled with the help of auxiliary means (pipettes, syringes) with a solution, avoiding the formation of air plugs; detachable products are immersed in a disassembled solution. Products with locking parts are immersed open, having previously made several working movements in the solution for better penetration of the solution into hard-to-reach areas of the products in the area of ​​the locking part. The thickness of the solution layer of the product above the products must be at least 1 cm.
After disinfection, the products are rinsed with running water with thorough rinsing of all channels: after treatment with a 3% solution - at least 3 minutes. After processing with 4-6% solutions - at least 5 minutes.
Disinfection of dental impressions is carried out by immersion in the working solution of the agent in accordance with the modes indicated in table. 8.

The processing of the jugs and accessories for them should be carried out in a separate room in the absence of children.
The surfaces of the jug and accessories for them with infections of bacterial (including tuberculosis), viral etiology and candidiasis are carefully wiped with a rag moistened with a 3% solution of the product with a disinfection holding time of 120 minutes. and 4.0% solution - with a disinfection holding time of 60 minutes. At the end of the disinfection, the surfaces of the jug are wiped twice (for 3 minutes each) with sterile tissue napkins abundantly moistened with sterile drinking water, after each rinsing, they are wiped dry with a sterile diaper (napkin). After finishing the treatment of the incubator and wiping the inner surfaces, the incubators should be ventilated for 6 hours.
Devices in the form of a humidifier reservoir, a metal wave absorber of air intake pipes, hoses, an oxygen preparation unit are completely immersed in a container with a 0.5% solution of the agent for 90 minutes.
