Properties
NutrofЃ Forte is a biologically active food supplement. Contains vitamins with antioxidant properties (vitamin E and vitamin C) and trace elements (zinc, copper, selenium), as well as lutein, zeaxanthin, omega-3 essential fatty acids, Vitis Vinifera red grape extract, containing 5% resveratrol, vitamin D3.
NutrofЃ Forte is formulated by retinal nutritionists and ophthalmologists to address deficiencies in antioxidants, lutein, zeaxanthin and omega-3 essential fatty acids, which may be associated with age or an unbalanced diet (insufficient variety, low in fruits, vegetables and fish).
Zinc, copper, selenium, vitamin E and vitamin C are involved in protecting cells from oxidative damage by free radicals.
Free radicals are formed during cell metabolism. An excess of free radicals can be toxic and cause damage to the structure of lipids, proteins and DNA, which leads to deterioration of cell function. Under normal physiological conditions, the formation of free radicals is suppressed by the defense system in which antioxidants play an important role. With increasing age or with an unbalanced diet, antioxidant deficiencies may occur. In this case, it is necessary to compensate for the deficiency that has arisen with the help of biologically active food supplements.
Vitamin E has antioxidant properties that help protect cell membranes and protect fatty acids from oxidation. Contained in vegetable oils.
Vitamin C is involved in the neutralization of free radicals, it is necessary for the reduction of oxidized vitamin E (tocopherol radical). Found in fruits and vegetables.
Zinc is a natural activator of over 200 enzymes. Acts as an antioxidant through complex mechanisms. Found in meat and fish.
Copper plays an important role in free radical scavenging. Because zinc in high doses impairs the absorption of copper, and copper must also be taken when taking dietary supplements containing zinc. Copper is found in organ meats, shellfish, dried fruits.
Selenium is a cofactor for glutathione peroxidases, antioxidant enzymes that are the main defense against free oxygen radicals. Selenium is found in fish, shellfish, eggs, garlic, mushrooms, meats, and cereals.
The extract of marigolds erectus contains lutein and zeaxanthin - two yellow pigments present in high concentrations in the retina and forming a filter from the light rays of the blue part of the spectrum. Lutein also acts as an antioxidant, protecting the retina from oxidative damage. Lutein and zeaxanthin are found in high amounts in some green vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, and lettuce.
Omega-3 fatty acids (docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)) are polyunsaturated fatty acids, structural components of cell membranes. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids and must therefore be obtained from food or dietary supplements if the diet is unbalanced. Contained in large quantities in oily fish such as tuna, salmon, herring.
Red grape extract containing 5% resveratrol. Grapes are rich in phenolic antioxidant compounds, including resveratrol. It is known that the resveratrol molecule is an in vitro inhibitor of low density lipoprotein oxidation, platelet aggregation and the synthesis of eicosanoids (inflammatory mediators). Resveratrol is found in some fruits, especially grapes, and also in wine.
Vitamin D3 actively participates in the process of cell growth and renewal, in the exchange of calcium and phosphorus, regulating their concentration. Contained in fish liver, milk fats, eggs, caviar, fatty fish.
