1 capsule contains the natural form of Q10 obtained by fermentation:
Coenzyme Q10 - 30 mg, rice flour, capsule shell (cellulose).

Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) is a fat-soluble coenzyme found mainly in the mitochondria of cells. Ubiquinone is a component of the electron transport chain and is involved in the accumulation of energy in mitochondrial ATP.
