Adults:

Children 10 years and older:

• borderline neuropsychiatric disorders of asthenic and neurotic nature, including the consequences of traumatic brain injury.

The drug is taken orally.

One scoop of solution (5 ml) corresponds to 1 g of active substance.

For adults, the drug is prescribed 1 scoop 2-3 times / day, the last dose - no later than 4 hours before bedtime. The maximum single dose is 2 g (2 scoops), in special cases it is possible to increase the dose as prescribed by the doctor. The maximum daily dose is 10 g (10 scoops).

The daily dose in children aged 10-12 years is 0.5-1 g (1 / 2-1 measuring spoon) of the drug, in children over 12 years old - 1-2 g (1-2 measuring spoons).

The duration of the course of treatment is 1.5-2 months; the course is recommended to be repeated 2-3 times a year.

Pharmacokinetics

Absorption and distribution

0.5-1 hours after taking the drug inside, it is found in maximum concentration in the brain, in smaller amounts in the liver, heart, lungs, blood plasma, and kidneys.

Withdrawal

T1 / 2 is 24 hours. It is excreted by the kidneys.

Side effect

Possible allergic reactions, headaches, sleep disturbances, constipation, weight loss, itching, and in some cases dyspepsia (in elderly patients).

Application during pregnancy and lactation

The use of the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is not recommended due to the lack of clinical experience in this category of patients.

Application for violations of liver function

Contraindicated in severe liver dysfunction.
