DESCRIPTION

Nobivac Puppy DP - vaccine against canine plague and parvovirus enteritis in dogs. Live dry vaccine Nobivak Diluent. The dosage form is a lyophilized mass (vaccine). In appearance, it is a homogeneous dry mass of pale pink color, readily soluble in Nobivak Diluet without the formation of flakes and sediment.

COMPOSITION

The vaccine is made from the culture liquid of transplantable cell lines VERO and FEF infected with canine plague viruses (Onderstepoort strain) and parvovirus enteritis (C154 strain) with the addition of excipients: sorbitol - 25 mg, gelatin hydrolyzate - 12.5 mg, pancreatic hydrolyzate - 12.5 , sodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate - 0.062 mg.

BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

The Nobivac Puppy DP vaccine induces the formation of an immune response in puppies against canine plague pathogens and canine parvovirus infection 10 days after vaccination for 4 weeks.

Each dose of the vaccine contains at least 105.0 TCID50 of carnivore distemper virus (strain Onderstepoort) and 107.0 TCID50 of canine parvovirus (strain C154).

The vaccine is harmless and has no medicinal properties.

The characteristics of the post-vaccination reaction during primary immunization have not been established.

PURPOSE

The Nobivac Puppy DP vaccine is intended for the prevention of canine distemper and parvovirus enteritis in puppies.

APPLICATION

Clinically healthy, helminth-free puppies should be vaccinated from 6 weeks of age. If earlier protection is required, vaccination can be carried out from 4 weeks of age.

Then the use of vaccines of the Nobivak series is recommended (Nobivak DHPPi against plague of carnivores, infectious hepatitis, parvovirus enteritis and parainfluenza of dogs, Nobivak DHP against plague of carnivores, infectious hepatitis and parvovirus enteritis of dogs, Nobivak RL against rabies and leptospirosis of animals in dogs, Nobivy against rabies Lepto against canine leptospirosis) according to the indicated scheme.

Using a sterile syringe, add 1 ml of solvent to the vial with the vaccine, shake thoroughly and, after dissolving, inject to the animal subcutaneously in compliance with the rules of asepsis and antiseptics.

All susceptible animals that are kept in the same room should be vaccinated at the same time.

Violations of the vaccination schedule should be avoided, as this can lead to a decrease in the effectiveness of immunoprophylaxis of carnivorous plague and parvovirus enteritis.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Allowed to use with other Nobivac vaccines according to the recommended scheme. The timing of the possible use of products of animal origin after the introduction of the Nobivac Puppy DP vaccine is not established.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

It is forbidden to vaccinate clinically sick and / or weakened animals.

OVERDOSE

Symptoms of canine plague, canine parvovirus enteritis, or other pathological signs in case of an overdose of the vaccine have not been established.

SIDE EFFECTS

Side effects and complications when using the Nobivac Puppy DP vaccine in accordance with this instruction, as a rule, are not noted. If a hypersensitivity reaction occurs in vaccinated animals, symptomatic treatment is required.

PRECAUTIONS

When working with the vaccine, you should follow the general rules of personal hygiene and safety measures provided for when working with medicinal products for veterinary purposes.

All persons participating in the vaccination must be dressed in protective clothing and provided with personal protective equipment. In places of work, there should be a first aid kit.

FIRST AID MEASURES

If the vaccine comes into contact with the skin and / or mucous membranes, it is recommended to wash them with plenty of clean water. In case of accidental administration of the drug, a person must contact a medical institution and inform a doctor about it.

STORAGE

The vaccine is stored and transported in a dry dark place at a temperature of 2C В° to 8C В°, and the solvent at a temperature of 2C В° to 25C В°. Keep the vaccine and solvent out of the reach of children. The shelf life of the vaccine is 24 months, the solvent is 60 months from the date of issue, subject to the storage and transportation conditions. After the expiration date, the vaccine and diluent are not suitable for use.

PACKING

The vaccine is produced packaged in 1 inoculated dose (0.5 cm?). Vaccine vials are evacuated, hermetically sealed with rubber stoppers, reinforced with aluminum caps.
