The tablets should be taken after meals, without chewing and with a small amount of liquid.
Assign 1 tablet 1-3 times a day.

The pharmacological action is determined by the properties of the vitamins that make up the drug.

Thiamine (vitamin B1) in the human body, as a result of phosphorylation processes, is converted into cocarboxylase, which is a coenzyme of many enzymatic reactions. Thiamine plays an important role in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism. It actively participates in the processes of conducting nervous excitement in synapses. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is essential for the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system. In phosphorylated form, it is a coenzyme in the metabolism of amino acids (decarboxylation, transamination, etc.). Acts as a coenzyme of the most important enzymes acting in nerve tissues. It participates in the biosynthesis of many neurotransmitters, such as dopamine, norepinephrine, adrenaline, histamine, and gamma-aminobutyric acid.

Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) is necessary for normal hematopoiesis and erythrocyte maturation, and also participates in a number of biochemical reactions that ensure the vital activity of the body - in the transfer of methyl groups, in the synthesis of nucleic acids, protein, in the exchange of amino acids, carbohydrates, lipids. It has a beneficial effect on the processes in the nervous system (synthesis of nucleic acids and the lipid composition of cerebrosides and phospholipids). The coenzyme forms of cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, are required for cell replication and growth.

Application during pregnancy and lactation

Due to the limited experience with the use of NEUROMULTIVIT, it is not recommended to prescribe it during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Side effect

NEUROMULTIVITIS is well tolerated by patients. In isolated cases, nausea, tachycardia, skin reactions in the form of itching and urticaria may occur.

Overdose

Clinical symptoms of an overdose of vitamins contained in Neuromultivitis can only be expected after taking extremely high doses for a very long time.
Vitamin B1 - there were no symptoms of overdose after oral administration.
Vitamin B6 - after taking more than 2 g per day, neuropathies with ataxia and impaired sensitivity, seizures with changes in the EEG and, in some cases, hypochromic anemia and seborrheic dermatitis are described.
Vitamin B12 - after parenteral administration (in rare cases and after ingestion), eczematous skin changes and acne were observed.
Treatment is symptomatic.

Interaction with other medicinal products

Pyridoxine reduces the antiparkinsonian efficacy of levodopa. Ethanol dramatically reduces the absorption of thiamine. While taking Neuromultivit, it is not recommended to take multivitamin complexes that include B vitamins.

Cyanocobalamin may mask symptoms of folate deficiency.

Neuromultivitis does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms.
