Pharmacological action

Peppermint tablets - antiemetic, antispasmodic.

Irritating to cold receptors, reflexively causing relaxation of smooth muscles, has sedative and choleretic activity.

Indications

Nausea, vomiting, smooth muscle spasm.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to Peppermint Tablets, early childhood (up to 3 years).

Composition

1 tablet contains:

Active substances: peppermint oil 0.0025 g sugar 0.5 g

Dosage and administration

Peppermint tablets are used sublingually - 1-2 tablets.
