Composition:
Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium oxide, L-ascorbic acid, iron (II) fumarate, 2-substituted calcium orthophosphate carrier, yellow opadry shell (thickener hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polydextrose stabilizer, titanium dioxide colorant, anti-caking talc agent, maltodextrin srednese palm oil, iron dye yellow oxide), DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), nicotinamide (niacin), maltodextrin, zinc oxide, modified starch, croscaramellose stabilizer, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose thickener, calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid) magnesium stearate, manganese sulfate, anti-caking agent, amorphous silicon dioxide, copper sulfate, riboflavin (vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), sucrose,thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), gelatin, triglycerides of medium-chain fatty acids, retinol acetate (vitamin A), water-retaining agent glycerin, folic acid, potassium iodide, chromium chloride, sodium selenate, phytomenadione (vitamin K1), D-biotinolutilide, antioxidite cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Scope:
As a biologically active food supplement - a source of vitamins (A, D3, E, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, K1, biotin, pantothenic acid, niacin, folic acid) and minerals (magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, chromium, selenium and iodine).

Directions for use:
Adults take 1 tablet daily with meals. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.

Duration of admission:
1 month. A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are essential to health. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet.

Contraindications:
Individual intolerance to the components.
