External use

If the external intimate area (vulva) is dry, you can apply Multi-GynЃ LiquidGel with your finger (be sure to wash your hands each time before applying the gel and at the end of the procedure). 1. Remove the cap from the tube. Before using the gel for the first time, pierce the sealed membrane in the opening of the tube using the back of the cap. 2. Hold the tube in your hand and bring your other index finger to the tube as shown in the illustrations. Squeeze the tube lightly. Hold the tube in a squeezed position until you have squeezed enough gel onto your index finger. 3. You should have approximately 2 cm (2 ml) of gel on your index finger. 4. Apply the gel to the external genitals.

For intravaginal use of Multi-GynЃ LiquidGel, you can use a special applicator with a small cap, which is included in the kit and is screwed onto the tube. Before using the special applicator for the first time, rinse it with warm water and dry it. The gel can be injected inside not with a special applicator, but with a finger. To do this, wash your hands and apply the gel to your index finger in an amount that should be at least as large as the tip of your index finger. 1. Remove the cap from the tube. Before using the gel for the first time, use the back of the cap to pierce the sealed tube. 2. Screw on the tube the special applicator with the small cap supplied in the kit. 3. Remove the small cap from the special applicator.Before initial use, rinse the special applicator and small cap in warm water. 4. Holding the tube with one hand, squeeze it until the gel appears from the hole of the special applicator. The appearance of the gel means that the special applicator is filled with gel and is ready to use. Squeezing the tube lightly, practice removing the required amount of gel; the required amount of gel should be at least the size of the fingertip (2 ml). 5. Carefully insert the special applicator screwed onto the tube into the vagina. 6. Squeeze the tube lightly. The required amount of gel should be at least as large as your fingertip. However, if you inject more gel, it will not harm you. 7. After use, you can leave the special applicator on the tube after rinsing it with warm water and drying it. 8.Place the small cap on the special applicator. After each use, close the tube tightly and rinse the special applicator and the small cap with warm water. Additional measures for cleaning and disinfecting the tube and special applicator with a small cap are not required.
