Structure

1 ml of ArtelacВ® Splash solution contains:

Hyaluronic acid in the form of sodium salt (sodium hyaluronate) 2.4 mg, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, water for injection.

Application area

1. For intensive and long-term moisturizing with severe dry eyes" caused by

lifestyle and exposure to environmental factors, such as long-term work at the computer and, as a result, rare blinking, stay in an air-conditioned room, cigarette smoke, strong wind

systemic diseases, eye surgery or taking certain medications such as contraceptives, antihistamines, beta blockers, antispasmodics, diuretics.

2. To eliminate discomfort when wearing hard and soft contact lenses.

Properties

Hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate) included in ArtelacВ® Splash is a natural moisturizing agent with a high ability to bind to water.

The lacrimal fluid is made up of three layers that provide nutrients to the surface of the eye, form a protective lubricating barrier between the eyelid and the cornea, and ensure normal functioning and clear vision.

A natural tear film spreads over the surface of the eye with each blink, protecting the eyes from drying out and promoting healing of superficial corneal injuries.

If the balance of the tear film is disrupted, there may be a sensation of dryness, burning, a foreign body in the eye, irritation and redness of the eyes, a feeling of fatigue, and in some cases lacrimation.

ArtelacВ® Splash moisturizes the eyes for a long time and helps stabilize the tear film for a healthy eye surface.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the components that make up the solution (local allergic reactions that occur in rare cases).

In such cases, the drug should be discontinued.

Doses and method of administration

It is recommended to instill ArtelacВ® Splash into the conjunctival sac of each eye, 1 drop as needed.

Recommendations for wearing contact lenses

When wearing soft and hard contact lenses, ArtelacВ® Splash can be instilled into the conjunctival sac without removing the lenses.

Interaction with other drugs In the case of combined use with ophthalmic drugs, it is recommended to observe a pause of at least 15 minutes between the instillation of the ArtelakВ® Splash solution and the use of eye drops.

Eye ointments should always be applied after the instillation of ArtelacВ® Splash solution.

ArtelakВ® Splash is produced in a plastic bottle of 10 ml, placed together with instructions for use in a cardboard box.
