DESCRIPTION

Disinfectant Mistral for use in medical institutions is a clear liquid from light blue to blue with a weak citrus odor, which mixes well with water.

COMPOSITION

The product contains 7.5% N, N-bis (3-aminopropyl) dodecylamine as an active ingredient, as well as auxiliary components: dye, perfume and water. The activity index of hydrogen ions (pH) of a 1% solution of the agent is 10.6 В± 0.6.

PROPERTIES

The agent has antimicrobial activity against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria (including mycobacterium tuberculosis, causative agents of especially dangerous infections - plague, cholera), viruses (enterovirus infections - Coxsackie, ECHO, poliomyelitis; enteral and parenteral hepatitis, HIV, influenza, including H5N1 , H1N1, adenoviruses and other causative agents of ARVI, herpes, cytomegaly), fungi of the genus Candida, dermatophytes, mold fungi, as well as detergent properties.

The product retains its properties after freezing and subsequent thawing. The product does not cause corrosion of medical instruments made of various metals, including carbon steel and alloys.

According to the degree of impact on the body according to GOST 12.1.007-76, when administered into the stomach, it belongs to the 3rd class of moderately hazardous substances, when applied to the skin, it belongs to the 4th class of low hazardous substances; when introduced into the abdominal cavity, it belongs to the 4th class of low toxic substances. According to the degree of volatility, vapors of agents and working solutions are low-hazardous when exposed to inhalation.

The product is characterized by a weak sensitizing and pronounced local irritant effect on the skin and mucous membranes of the eyes.

Working solutions in the form of an aerosol irritate the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract, with repeated exposure cause dry skin.

MODE OF APPLICATION

Working solutions of the agent are prepared in enamel (without damaging the enamel), glass or plastic containers by adding appropriate amounts of the agent to drinking water at room temperature (Table 1).

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

Shelf life of the product is 5 years in tightly closed manufacturer's packaging, working solutions - 30 days. Store the product in a cool place in closed containers away from heat sources, avoiding storage in direct sunlight, at a temperature not lower than 0 В° C and not higher than 35 В° C, separately from medicines, food products, in places inaccessible to children.
