Surgery, traumatology, proctology, pediatrics

For prophylactic and therapeutic purposes, the skin and mucous membranes are irrigated.

The affected surface must be completely treated. The drug can be applied to hard-to-reach areas by spraying. Exposure time is not less than 1-2 minutes.

Combustiology

For patients with wound and burn surfaces, the drug is applied externally to wash the damaged surface undiluted using a tampon abundantly moistened with a solution of the drug, or irrigated with a cannula. In the future, the treatment of the wound is carried out 1-2 times / day. Exposure time is not less than 1-2 minutes.

The drug is used to apply aseptic dressings; for this, the dressing material is abundantly moistened with a solution of the drug with each dressing.

The drug is used undiluted to treat the umbilical wound, before placing venous cannulas, central venous catheters, peripheral catheters by irrigation or by wiping with a tampon abundantly moistened with an antiseptic.

It is carried out by irrigation with a cannula or by wiping with a tampon, abundantly moistened with the drug, 2 times / day for 5-7 days.

Surgical field treatment

Before surgery, the surgical field is treated with a sterile napkin, abundantly moistened with the drug, or irrigated with a cannula. The surface must be treated twice.

Treatment of hands of medical personnel

For rinsing the mouth and throat, it is recommended to use 10 ml of the drug for 20 seconds. It is possible to dilute the drug in a 1: 1 ratio (1 part of MestaMidin-sense and 1 part of drinking water). The duration of therapy is from 4 to 7 days, depending on the timing of the onset of recovery.

Dentistry

Oral rinsing is only recommended for patients who can rinse their mouths themselves. In this case, approximately 20 ml of the preparation is used to rinse the oral cavity for 20 seconds (no more than 1 minute).

If the patient is unable to rinse on their own, you can wipe the mouth with a moistened swab. In this case, the contact time should not exceed 2 minutes. In any case, you should make sure that the drug has not entered the respiratory tract.

It is possible to dilute the drug in a 1: 1 ratio (1 part of MestaMidin-Sense and 1 part of drinking water).

Prevention of mycoses of feet and interdigital mycoses

For the prevention of fungal diseases, the skin between the toes and feet is treated with the drug 2 times / day (morning and evening). The term of treatment is up to 14 days.
