dysfunctions of the brain (including age-related) associated with impaired cerebral circulation, accompanied by symptoms such as memory impairment, decreased ability to concentrate and intellectual abilities, dizziness, tinnitus, headache;
peripheral circulatory disorders: obliterating diseases of the arteries of the lower extremities with such characteristic symptoms as intermittent claudication, numbness and cold feet, Raynaud's disease;
dysfunction of the inner ear, manifested by dizziness, unsteady gait and tinnitus.
Inside, regardless of the time of the meal, without chewing, drinking a small amount of liquid.
Unless a different dosage regimen is prescribed, the recommendations listed below for taking the drug should be followed.
For symptomatic treatment of disorders of cerebral circulation: 40-80 mg 2-3 times a day. The duration of the course of treatment is at least 8 weeks.
For peripheral circulatory disorders: 40 mg 3 times a day or 80 mg 2 times a day. The duration of the course of treatment is at least 6 weeks.
For vascular and involutional pathology of the inner ear: 40 mg 3 times a day or 80 mg 2 times a day. The duration of the course of treatment is 6Ц8 weeks.
Film-coated tablets, 120 mg each - 1 table. 1-2 times a day. The duration of the course of treatment depends on the severity of symptoms and is at least 8 weeks. If there is no result after treatment within 3 months, the expediency of further treatment should be checked.
If the next dose was missed or an insufficient amount of the drug was taken, the next dose should be taken in accordance with the instructions.
