Tablets 0.3 mg
1 tablet 1 time / day 30-40 minutes before bedtime. The duration of the course of treatment is determined individually (from 6 to 8 weeks). Repeated courses are possible.
Tablets 3 mg
In case of sleep disturbance, desynchronosis - 1 tablet 1 time / day 30-40 minutes before bedtime.
When used as an adaptogen when changing time zones - 1 day before the flight and in the next 2-5 days - 1 tablet 30-40 minutes before bedtime.
The maximum daily dose is 6 mg.

Active ingredient: melatonin - 3 mg
Excipients: calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, povidone K25, colloidal silicon dioxide, talc, calcium stearate.

Synthetic analogue of the pineal hormone (pineal gland) melatonin; has an adaptogenic, sedative, hypnotic effect. Normalizes circadian rhythms. Increases the concentration of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA, GABA) and serotonin in the midbrain and hypothalamus, alters the activity of pyridoxal kinase, which is involved in the synthesis of GABA, dopamine and serotonin.
Regulates the sleep-wake cycle, daily changes in locomotor activity and body temperature, has a positive effect on the intellectual and mnestic functions of the brain, on the emotional and personal sphere. Promotes the organization of the biological rhythm and the normalization of night sleep. Improves the quality of sleep, reduces the frequency of headaches, dizziness, and improves mood. Speeds up falling asleep, reduces the number of night awakenings, improves well-being after waking up in the morning, does not cause a feeling of lethargy, weakness and fatigue upon awakening. Makes dreams more vivid and emotionally rich.
The body adapts to the rapid change of time zones, reduces stress responses, and regulates neuroendocrine functions. Adapts the body of weather-sensitive people to changes in weather conditions. Shows immunostimulating and antioxidant properties. Inhibits the secretion of gonadotropins, to a lesser extent - other hormones of the adenohypophysis (corticotropin, thyroid-stimulating hormone, growth hormone). It is not addictive and addictive.
Pharmacokinetics

Side effect
Possibly: allergic reactions to the components of the drug, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, morning sleepiness, edema (usually in the first week of admission).
Application during pregnancy and lactation
The drug is contraindicated for use during pregnancy and during breastfeeding.

Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms
During the period of treatment, care must be taken when driving vehicles and engaging in other potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.
Overdose
There are no data on cases of melatonin overdose. Increase in dose-dependent adverse reactions is possible.
Treatment: gastric lavage, symptomatic therapy.
Drug interactions
Incompatible with MAO inhibitors, GCS, cyclosporine.
Strengthens the effect of drugs that depress the central nervous system, and beta-blockers.
Concomitant use with NSAIDs is not recommended.
It is not recommended to take in conjunction with hormonal drugs.
