DESCRIPTION
Mastinol is a homeopathic medicine for the treatment of mastitis in cows. Dosage form: injection solution.
COMPOSITION AND FORM OF ISSUE
The preparation contains homeopathic substances as active ingredients: Aconite D4-1%; Arnica D3-1%; Belladonna D4-1%; Asa foetida D3-1%; Phytolacca D3-1%; Bryonia D4 - 1% and as an auxiliary component - isotonic sodium chloride solution up to 100%.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

The active components that make up Mastinol have a mutual synergistic effect, which leads to the potentiation of the action of each of them.
The homeopathic components included in the preparation have anti-inflammatory and decongestant, analgesic effects, help to restore the secretory function of the udder.
Aconite (aconite) and Belladonna (belladonna, dope) have a pronounced analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect due to the effect on arterioles and peripheral nerves. Eliminate arterial hyperemia and edema with localized inflammation, prevent the development of sepsis. Arnica (arnica) is an antiseptic and is used to prevent the development of sepsis and pyemia. Bryonia (cross) and Phytolacca (laconos) activate the lacto-secretory function and eliminate blood stagnation in the udder, prevent suppuration. Asa (ferula) has a tonic and tonic effect.
According to the degree of impact on the body, Mastinol belongs to low-hazard substances (hazard class 4 according to GOST 12.1.007-76).
The use of Mastinol does not exclude the use of specific drugs and pathogenetic therapy.
PURPOSE
Mastinol is used for cows to treat mastitis (subclinical, serous, serous-catarrhal, etc.).
APPLICATION
Mastinol is administered to cows intramuscularly or subcutaneously, at the rate of 1 ml / 100 kg of animal weight, the volume of the dose should not be less than 5 ml per animal.
For the treatment of subclinical mastitis, Mastinol is administered intramuscularly once with an interval of 2-3 days.
For the treatment of acute serous and serous-catarrhal mastitis, the drug is used subcutaneously in the area of ​​the milk mirror every day until clinical recovery.
For the treatment of chronic catarrhal mastitis, Mastinol is used intramuscularly daily for 3-5 days.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Livestock products during the treatment period and after the last application of Mastinol are allowed to be used without restrictions.
