Extincida Lemon (Masterlac) - an insecticidal agent is a ready-to-use transparent liquid with a slight amber tint and a lemon odor.
COMPOSITION
The active ingredients (AD) include chporpyrifos (5%) and alpha-cypermethrin (0.3%), as well as auxiliary substances and solvents, including Uralak, which helps to create a coating on the treated surfaces (such as a pack).
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
The agent has an intestinal and contact effect on insects, while the DVs included in its composition have a different mechanism. The joint presence of various DVs in the product increases its effectiveness and prevents the development of resistance to it. Chlorpyrifos is an organophosphorus compound, a representative of the thiophosphoric acid ester group, which causes paralysis and death of insects as a cholinesterase inhibitor. Alpha-cypermethrin, a cyanogen-containing synthetic pyrethroid, causes a blockade of nerve conduction by acting on the membranes of nerve cells of both the peripheral and central nervous systems of insects. Its effect is enhanced at low temperatures.
