Pharmacological action
Marena dyeing extract has an antispasmodic, diuretic effect.
The main active ingredient of the preparation is dry madder, dye extract obtained from rhizomes and roots of madder madder - Rubia tinctorum L. and its Georgian variety Rubia tinctorum L. var.iberica Fisch. Ex DC. (R.iberica (Fisch ex DC.) Koch family madder - Rubiaceae. Dry stain madder extract has a diuretic and antispasmodic effect, promotes loosening of urinary calculi containing calcium and magnesium phosphates and their excretion from the kidneys and urinary tract.
Indications
Tablets of madder extract are used in adults with kidney stones to reduce spasms and facilitate the discharge of small stones and sand.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, acute and chronic glomerulonephritis, severe renal failure, gastric ulcer, galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or malabsorption of glucose-galactose.

Composition
active substance: madder dry dyeing extract 0.25 g
excipients: lactose (milk sugar), potato starch, colloidal silicon dioxide (Aerosil A380), calcium stearate, croscarmellose sodium.
Dosage and administration of
The drug is administered orally 1 tablet 3 times a day. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 2-3 tablets 3 times a day. Before taking the tablets should be dissolved in 1/2 cup of warm water.
The course of treatment is 20-30 days. A second course of treatment is possible 4-6 weeks after consulting a doctor.
