Active ingredient: magnesium orotate dihydrate - 500 mg

Excipients: colloidal silicon dioxide, sodium croscarmellose, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, povidone-K30, lactose monohydrate, sodium cyclamate, talc, magnesium stearate.

Indications

Established magnesium deficiency, isolated or associated with other deficiency conditions, accompanied by symptoms such as irritability, minor sleep disturbances, gastrointestinal cramps, increased fatigue, muscle pain and spasms, tingling sensation in the muscles.

If after a month of treatment there is no decrease in these symptoms, continued treatment is impractical.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, urolithiasis, renal dysfunction, predisposition to the formation of calcium-magnesium-ammonium-phosphate stones, myasthenia gravis, atrioventricular block, cirrhosis of the liver with ascites, children under 18 years of age, lactose intolerance, lactase or glucose deficiency galactose malabsorption (due to the presence of lactose in the composition).

The tablets are taken orally before meals with a little water.

2 tablets 3 times a day for 7 days, then 1 tablet 2-3 times a day daily.

The duration of the course of treatment is 4 weeks.
