Solutions of the agent are used for disinfecting surfaces in rooms (floors, walls, doors, etc.), hard furniture, surfaces of apparatus and devices, care items made of glass, metals, rubbers, plastics (heating pads, oilcloths, tips for enemas, thermometers, etc. ), personal hygiene products (combs, brushes for feet, hands, oilcloth cover for a pedicure pillow, etc.), linen, rubber mats, cleaning equipment (rags, etc.), waste (single-use products - cotton balls, tampons, hats , sheets, capes, tools, etc.), tools (manicure, pedicure, cosmetic tools, including parts of a cosmetic harvester), sanitary equipment (baths, including foot baths, basins, sinks, toilets, etc. .).
Disinfection of surfaces is carried out: with prophylactic disinfection by wiping; during final disinfection by means of irrigation and wiping. Disinfection of other objects is carried out by wiping, dipping and soaking. Modes of disinfection of various objects are presented in tables 2-6.
Surfaces in rooms, hard furniture, surfaces of devices, devices are wiped with a rag soaked in a solution of the product at a rate of consumption of the working solution of the agent - 100 ml / m2 of the treated surface or irrigated at the rate of 300 ml / m2 when using a hydraulic control panel, automax or 150 ml / m2 - with using a spray of the Quasar type. After the end of disinfection, wet cleaning should be carried out in the room.
Sanitary equipment is treated with a brush, a brush, or wiped with a rag soaked in a solution of the product at a consumption rate of 150 ml / m2 of the treated surface, when processing by irrigation - 300 ml / m2 (hydraulic control panel automax), 150 ml / m2 (spray type Quasar ). At the end of the disinfection, the sanitary equipment is rinsed with water. Rubber mats are disinfected by wiping with a cloth soaked in a working solution of the agent, or completely immersed in the solution of the agent.
Care items, personal hygiene products are completely immersed in a container with a working solution of the product or wiped with a cloth soaked in a disinfectant solution. At the end of disinfection, they are washed with running water.
The linen is soaked in the working solution of the product (at a temperature not higher than 18 В° C - 22 В° C) at the rate of 5 liters per 1 kg of dry linen. The container is tightly closed with a lid. At the end of the disinfection exposure, the laundry is washed and rinsed until the foam disappears.
Cleaning equipment is soaked in a working solution of the product in a container and tightly closed with a lid. At the end of disinfection, it is rinsed and dried.
Disinfection of instruments is carried out in plastic or enamel (without damaging the enamel) containers with lids. When disinfection is carried out, the instruments are immersed in a working solution of 5.0% concentration for 60 minutes.
Detachable instruments are immersed in disassembled form. Tools with locking parts are immersed open, having previously made several working movements in the solution for better penetration of the solution into hard-to-reach areas of the products. Instruments with channels should be thoroughly rinsed with a solution of the product using a syringe or other device. During disinfection holding, channels and cavities should be filled (without air locks) with a solution of the agent. The thickness of the mortar layer above the instruments must be at least 1 cm.
After the end of the treatment, the instruments are removed from the container with the solution and washed from the residues of the product with running drinking water for at least 5 minutes, paying special attention to rinsing the channels (using a syringe or other device), preventing the passage of water from entering the container with the instruments being washed and drying using clean cloths.
Working solutions of the agent can be used for disinfection many times within a period not exceeding 14 days, if their appearance has not changed. At the first signs of a change in appearance (discoloration, cloudiness of the solution, etc.), the solution should be replaced.
The waste is completely immersed in a 5.0% concentration working solution for 150 minutes. At the end of the disinfection exposure, they are disposed of.
When carrying out focal disinfection for disinfecting objects, use the modes recommended for the corresponding infections.
