Pharmacological action

Lotosonik (dietary supplement) - a combined preparation of plant origin, has a sedative, hypnotic effect, has anxiolytic and anti-stress activity.

Extracts of Chinese dates, lotus, longan euphoria, thuja and erythrins have a sedative effect, reduce irritation and tension, manifested by mental overwork and neurasthenia with insomnia, contribute to the restoration of normal sleep.

Extracts of dioscorea, mulberry and euphoria longans along with a sedative effect also have a vasodilating effect, improve metabolic processes.

Indications

- With increased nervous irritability, irritability, lability of mood.

- Directly with emotional and physical trauma.

- In a state of constant mental stress, overwork (the so-called "manager's syndrome").

- For insomnia (mild).

Contraindications

Dosage and administration

Adults take 1 tablet 2 times a day for insomnia - 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime.
