Inside, in the morning, without chewing, with water. The initial dose is 1 table. Once a day, if necessary, the dose is doubled.
There is no need to adjust the treatment regimen in patients with impaired renal function. There is usually no need to adjust the treatment regimen in patients with impaired liver function, incl. in patients with liver cirrhosis. In the presence of symptoms of serious liver dysfunction (for example, in patients with a history of bypass surgery), the possibility of reducing the dose of the drug should be considered.
In elderly patients, 1 table is usually sufficient. Once a day, if necessary - 2 times a day.
