Description:
Colorless or slightly yellowish, almost transparent gel of viscous consistency.

Pharmacological properties
It has a moderate anti-inflammatory and anti-edema effect, prevents the formation of blood clots (forms a complex with antithrombin III and disrupts the transition of prothrombin to thrombin, inhibits thrombin activity, reduces platelet aggregation), weakens the activity of hyaluronidase, increases the fibrinolytic properties of blood, has a hypolipidemic effect.

Pharmacokinetics The
maximum concentration in the blood is reached within 8 hours after application and returns to normal levels after 12-24 hours. It is excreted mainly in the urine.

Overdose

Special instructions
It is not recommended to use in case of bleeding, as well as on open wounds, mucous membranes and in the presence of local purulent processes.
Use with extreme caution in case of increased vascular permeability.

Interaction with other drugs
It is not recommended to mix with other drugs for external use, do not prescribe topically simultaneously with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, tetracyclines, antihistamines.
