Treatment and prevention of intestinal dysbiosis. Intestinal dysbiosis is manifested by the following symptoms: diarrhea (diarrhea), dyspepsia (indigestion), constipation, flatulence (bloating), nausea, belching, vomiting, abdominal pain, allergic skin reactions are possible.

LinexЃ Forte capsules are preferably taken during or after meals with a small amount of liquid.

Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 1 capsule 1-3 times a day (depending on the severity of symptoms).
Children from 2 to 12 years old: 1 capsule 1-2 times a day (depending on the severity of symptoms).
Newborns and children under 2 years of age: 1 capsule once a day.
Diarrhea in children under 6 years of age should be treated with medical supervision.
Taking Linex Forte in children under 1 year of age is not recommended. For this age group, it is recommended to choose a more convenient form of release.
The duration of treatment depends on the cause of the development of dysbiosis and the individual characteristics of the organism.
Addition to standard Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy and to relieve constipation:
Adults and adolescents over 12 years old: 1 capsule 3 times a day.
When LinexЃ Forte is prescribed to children and patients who cannot swallow a whole capsule, it must be opened, the contents are poured into a spoon and mixed with a small amount of liquid.
LinexЃ Forte can be taken until symptoms disappear.
The recommended daily dose of the drug should not be exceeded.

LinexЃ Forte normalizes the intestinal microflora.
One capsule of LinexЃ Forte contains lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus acidophilus (CHR. HANSEN LA-5Ѓ) and Bifidobacterium animalis subsp.lactis (CHR. HANSEN BB-12Ѓ)), each capsule contains 2 x 109 colony forming units of live lyophilized lactic acid bacteria ... Live lactic acid bacteria are a normal component of the natural intestinal microflora.
The main functions of lactic acid bacteria:
protective: synthesis of substances with antibacterial activity;
enzyme-producing: hydrolysis of cellulose, proteins, fats, starch, deconjugation of bile acids;
synthetic: synthesis of vitamins of group B, C, K, amino acids, organic acids, etc.
Lactic acid bacteria CHR. HANSEN LA-5Ѓ and CHR. HANSEN BB-12Ѓ inhibits the growth of pathogenic bacteria by:
lowering the pH in the intestine (the result of the ability of CHR. HANSEN LA-5Ѓ to synthesize lactic acid and CHR. HANSEN BB-12Ѓ to synthesize acetic and succinic acids in addition to lactic acid);
the production of metabolites that have a toxic effect on pathogenic bacteria (formation of H2O2);
the formation of antimicrobial substances, bacteriocins (CHR. HANSEN LA-5Ѓ secretes acidocin, a broad-spectrum bacteriocin that prevents the growth of bacteria and fungi);
competition with pathogenic bacteria for nutrients;
interactions with adhesion receptors, thus preventing the colonization of other, potentially pathogenic microorganisms.
Pharmacokinetics
Lactic acid bacteria such as CHR. HANSEN LA-5Ѓ and CHR. HANSEN BB-12Ѓ, act directly in the gastrointestinal tract, when taken orally, the drug does not undergo systemic absorption. Routine pharmacokinetic studies are therefore not applicable. Stability CHR. HANSEN LA-5Ѓ and CHR. HANSEN BB-12Ѓ to the action of gastric juice and bile allows strains to survive in large quantities when passing through the stomach and duodenum. Both strains attach to the intestinal mucosa. Like other microorganisms, they are gradually eliminated from the gastrointestinal tract by peristalsis and defecation.

There were no reports of adverse events when using Linex Forte during pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
In the event of acute diarrhea in women during pregnancy and during breastfeeding, precautions should be taken to avoid the development of fluid and electrolyte deficiency in the body and other undesirable phenomena, regardless of taking Linex Forte, because acute diarrhea can become a threat to fetal health and a pregnant woman. Treatment of diarrhea in pregnant and breastfeeding women should be carried out under the supervision of a physician.

Side effects
The drug is well tolerated. There are no reports of adverse effects, however, hypersensitivity reactions may occur.
Overdose
Currently, no cases of an overdose of Linex have been reported.
Interaction with other medicinal products
No undesirable interactions with other drugs were noted.
When used simultaneously with antibiotics, it is recommended to take Linex Forte no earlier than 3 hours after taking antibiotics.

Do not take Linex Forte with hot drinks and do not take it simultaneously with alcohol.
It is necessary to consult with your doctor before taking the drug if you have:
body temperature above 38 ? C;
traces of blood or mucus in the stool;
diarrhea lasts more than two days and / or is accompanied by severe abdominal pain and / or dehydration and weight loss;
diarrhea in the presence of severe concomitant diseases (critical conditions, organic heart damage, an installed central venous catheter);
immunodeficiency states (for example, due to HIV infection or immunosuppressive therapy);
violation of the intestinal barrier function (for example, with short bowel syndrome).
When treating diarrhea, it is necessary to replace lost fluids and electrolytes.
Diarrhea in children under 6 years of age should be treated with medical supervision.
If you have constipation, it is recommended that you follow a balanced diet that ensures adequate fiber and fluid intake, maintain a regimen of physical activity, and try to empty your bowels at the same time every day. If constipation lasts more than seven days, you should consult your doctor.
Taking Linex Forte in children under 1 year of age is not recommended. For this age group, it is recommended to choose a more convenient form of release.
The drug will inhibit dextrose, fructose and sucrose. Patients with hereditary fructose intolerance, sucrase, isomaltase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this drug.
Patients with diabetes mellitus are advised to take the drug with caution, as it contains simple sugars.

The drug has no effect on driving vehicles and controlling mechanisms.
