Micellar toner Miceclean Librederm thoroughly cleanses the skin, freeing pores from impurities and narrowing them, saturating the surface layers of the epidermis with moisture, tones the skin, gives a feeling of freshness and purity. Micellar toner is used as the final stage of cleansing to restore the pH balance of the skin and neutralize the effects of hard water, as well as prepare the skin for further treatments. The skin is perfectly clean, soft and smooth.
