Composition
1 tablet contains a solution of menthol in menthyl ester of isovalerianic acid (menthol 15.6 mg, menthyl ester of isovalerianic acid 44.4 mg) 60 mg.
Dosing and Administration
Tablets are kept in the mouth (under the tongue) until completely resorbed.
A single dose for adults is 1 to 2 tablets, a daily dose is 2 to 4 tablets.
If necessary, the daily dose can be increased.
The maximum daily dose is 600mg.
The course of treatment is up to 7 days.
Side effects of
With prolonged use, mild nausea, abdominal discomfort, lacrimation, dizziness, short-term arterial hypotension, drowsiness, which quickly pass on their own, can occasionally be observed.
Possible development of allergic reactions, including Quincke's edema, rash, itching, urticaria.
Overdose
Symptoms: headache, nausea, agitation, impaired heart function, decreased blood pressure, inhibition of the central nervous system, hypersensitivity reactions to the components of the drug (angioedema, urticaria, itching, rash).
Treatment: drug withdrawal, gastric lavage and symptomatic therapy.
Expiration
24 months.
