Soft sublingual gelatin capsules, oval, light yellow to light brownish-yellow capsule contents - clear, colorless or yellowish oily liquid with a menthol odor.
Pharmacological action of
Coronary dilating agent of reflex action
Indications
Functional cardialgia, neurosis, and also as an antiemetic in case of sea and air sickness.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, acute myocardial infarction, acute cerebrovascular accident, severe hypotension, children under 18 years of age (efficacy and safety not established).
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Use of the drug during pregnancy and during breast-feeding is possible if the expected therapeutic effect for the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus or baby.
Special instructions
Concomitant use of alcohol is not recommended.

Due to possible side effects (dizziness, drowsiness) during the treatment with the drug, caution should be exercised when driving vehicles, working with mechanisms or engaging in potentially dangerous activities requiring increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.
Composition
1 caps. levomenthol solution in mental isovalerate 100 mg
Excipients:? -tocopherol acetate (vit. E) - 0.45 mg, refined olive oil - qs up to 160 mg.
Capsule shell composition: gelatin - 72 mg, purified water - 56.2384 mg, glycerol - 31.5216 mg, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218) - 0.24 mg.
Dosage and administration of
Cormentol is prescribed for adults under the tongue, 1 capsule 2-3 times a day. The capsule should be kept under the tongue until it is completely resorbed. The daily frequency and duration of admission is determined depending on the effectiveness of the treatment. If the therapeutic effect is not sufficiently pronounced or when the effect is not observed in individual patients within the next 5 minutes after taking the drug, it is necessary to consult a doctor.
Side effects
Nausea, abdominal discomfort, lacrimation, dizziness, short-term decrease in blood pressure, drowsiness are also possible. The described phenomena, as a rule, are short-term, pass independently and do not require drug withdrawal.
In rare cases, allergic reactions (skin rash, itching, angioedema) are possible.
If any of the side effects indicated in the instructions are aggravated, or you notice any other side effects not listed in the instructions, inform your doctor.
Drug interactions
It is allowed to use the drug in combination with drugs that improve metabolic processes (vitamins, potassium and magnesium, asparaginate, inosine, etc.).
With simultaneous use, it can enhance the effect of antihypertensive drugs, sedative affect of psychotropic drugs, opioid analgesics, drugs for general and local anesthesia, ethanol.
Concomitant use with nitrates helps to reduce the headache that occurs with their use.
Overdose
Symptoms: nausea, dizziness, cyanosis, tachycardia, marked decrease in blood pressure, redness of the skin, fever (agitation), agitation, areflexia, tonico-clonic, symptomatic therapy.
Storage conditions
