Indications

- Parkinson's disease

- Parkinson's syndrome (except caused by antipsychotic drugs)

Contraindications

- hypersensitivity

- angle-closure glaucoma

- melanoma and suspected skin diseases of unknown etiology

- concomitant use of non-selective MAO inhibitors

Dosage and administration

Inside, 1/4 tablet (250 mg / 25 mg) 2-3 times / day. Then the dose is increased by 1/4 tablet every 2-3 days until the optimal effect. Usually, the optimal effect is observed at a dose of 1-2 tablets (250 mg / 25 mg) per day.

The maximum daily dose is 1.5 g of levodopa and 150 mg of carbidopa (6 tablets 250 mg / 25 mg).
