- Essential hypertension (with the ineffectiveness of monotherapy with lercanidipine 10 mg)
For oral administration. A single dose is taken 1 time / day.
Depending on the clinical effect and individual tolerance, the dose may be increased to lercanidipine 10 mg / enalapril 20 mg 1 time / day.
In elderly patients, the dose depends on the state of renal function.
Active ingredients:
lercanidipine hydrochloride - 10 mg
enalapril maleate - 20 mg
Excipients : lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch, povidone K30, sodium bicarbonate - 8 mg, magnesium stearate - 2 mg.
Shell composition: white opadry (02F29056) - 6 mg (hypromellose 5cP - 3.825 mg, titanium dioxide (E171) - 1.275 mg, talc - 300 ?g, macrogol 6000 - 600 ?g).
- Violation of the outflow from the left ventricle, including stenosis of the aortic valve;
- chronic heart failure in the stage of decompensation;
- hereditary and / or idiopathic angioedema (including history);
- angioedema with the use of ACE inhibitors (in history);
- unstable angina pectoris;
- the first month after myocardial infarction (within 28 days);
- severe renal failure (CC <30 ml / min), including patients on hemodialysis;
- severe liver failure;
- simultaneous use with powerful inhibitors of the CYP3A4 isoenzyme (ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin, ritonavir, troleandomycin), cyclosporine, grapefruit juice;
- lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose / galactose malabsorption syndrome;
- children and adolescents up to 18 years old;
- hypersensitivity to lercanidipine, enalapril or to any other ACE inhibitor and other BMCC, dihydropyridine derivatives, as well as to any other component of the drug.
Pharmacological action
The drug is a combination of an ACE inhibitor and a slow calcium channel blocker.
Indications
- Essential hypertension (with the ineffectiveness of monotherapy with lercanidipine 10 mg) - a dose of 10 mg + 10 mg;
- essential hypertension (with the ineffectiveness of monotherapy with enalapril 20 mg) - a dose of 10 mg + 20 mg.
Contraindications
- Violation of outflow from the left ventricle, including stenosis of the aortic valve;

Headache, dizziness, paresthesia, confusion, blurred vision, tinnitus, marked decrease in blood pressure, arrhythmias, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction or stroke, vasculitis, cough, shortness of breath, bronchospasm, rhinitis, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, asthenia, dyspepsia, diarrhea, constipation, dryness of the oral mucosa, pancreatitis, skin rash, itching, angioedema of the face, extremities, urticaria, myalgia, polyuria, thrombocytopenia, anxiety, vertigo, cough.
