The action is characterized by hemodynamic disturbances, pulmonary edema, asphyxia, convulsions, anuria. In the action of the substance, selective species sensitivity is manifested: if, in terms of acute toxicity for rats, DV belongs to the 1st class of extremely hazardous substances, then for other mammalian species it belongs to the II-III classes of highly and moderately hazardous substances. Cumulative properties are poorly expressed. It has a skin-resorptive effect. No sensitization effect was found. OBUV DV in the air of the working area is 0.05 mg / m3, aerosol.
According to the degree of acute toxicity during enteral intake, the drug belongs to moderately hazardous substances, III hazard class according to GOST 12.1.007 (DL50 200 + 61.4 mg / kg when administered into the stomach of rats). The tool has a weakly pronounced cumulative effect and a pronounced skin-resorptive effect; local irritant and sensitizing properties have not been identified.
In laboratory tests, the agent causes 70% death of gray rats (with alternative feeding) during the day. The average share of poisoned bait in the daily diet of rats is 17.5%.
PURPOSE
The product is intended for the preparation of poisoned baits for the purpose of destroying gray and black rats, house mice and other rodents, is used in built-up and undeveloped parts of settlements, including living quarters, food, children's and medical facilities, in foci of natural focal infections.
DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
Poisoned baits for rodent control are prepared by thoroughly mixing 1 part of the product with 10 parts of the food base (refined grain, cereals, mixed feed, any other benign products) until the gel is evenly distributed.
Before using the prepared bait, preliminary feeding should be carried out for 3-6 days. For this, unpoisoned bait is laid out in special containers or on substrates. The containers are placed in the habitats of rodents (near burrows, in places of feeding, among shelters, on paths of movement, along walls). This allows you to determine the places of the best eatability, attract rodents to the places where the bait is laid out, and determine the type of the most eaten product.
After the specified period, in places most visited by rodents, replace the unpoisoned food with a bait based on the product. The composition of the food base is selected taking into account the nutritional characteristics of different types of rodents and the specificity of the food base at specific sites.
For the extermination of rats, 50-100 g of bait are laid out at each point, for the extermination of mice - 5-10 g. The bait is left for 3-4 days.
The product is recommended to be used at a temperature not lower than minus 30 В° РЎ and not higher than plus 40 В° РЎ.
