Pharmacological action

Infusion of nettle leaves has a hemostatic effect, increases the tone of the uterus.

Indications

Physiological heavy menstrual bleeding, heavy bleeding in the post-coagulation period of cervical erosion treatment.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance, pregnancy.

Use with caution in renal failure.

Dosage and administration

4 filter bags (6 g) are placed in a glass or enamel dish, pour 200 ml (1 cup) boiling water, cover and insist for 15 minutes, periodically pressing the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them.

The volume of the resulting infusion was adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.

Take orally in a warm form, 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

Shake the infusion before use.

Side effects

Allergic reactions, hypercoagulation are possible.

Drug interaction

With the simultaneous use of nettle leaf extract and diclofenac, the effect of the latter may be enhanced.

Storage conditions

In a dry, dark place cooked infusion - in a cool place for no more than 2 days.
